• RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card details or $50 deposit. On arrival Guests who cannot produce relevant Credit Card Details a cash bond of $200 with a copy of a current driver’s license is required.
• CHECKIN AND CHECK OUT: Rooms are available after 2.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on departure day. Alterations to these times must be by prior arrangement with Management and is dependent on availability and may incur an additional charge.
• SMOKING: All rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. Evidence and/or residual odour indicating non-compliance will incur a credit card charge of $250 to cover the cost of steam cleaning carpet and soft furnishings, launder of all bedding and lack of room unavailability during the cleaning process.
  
  For convenience, ashtrays are located within a few short steps outside rooms, however we request smokers respect other Guest’s health and well being and not smoke near doorways and to dispose of butts in smoke trays and not pot plants. Smoking in open doorways is deemed as smoking in the room and incurs the same penalties as smoking in rooms.
• ILLEGAL CONDUCT : We do NOT tolerate illicit drugs or any type of unsavory conduct on this property, if we are suspicious of any such conduct we will request a room inspection and call the police, if evidence is detected the result will be automatic eviction and no refund.
• NOISE : To ensure all guests enjoy their stay please avoid undue noise between 10pm and 7am. This includes excessive loud conversation, group congregation in individual rooms or outside rooms, loud television, loud music, and unnecessary vehicle noise, failure to abide by this request will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• PETS – WE ARE NOT A PET FRIENDLY MOTEL : With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, all pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Evidence and/or residual odour indicating non-compliance will incur a credit card charge of $250 to cover the cost of steam cleaning carpet including soft furnishings, and lack of room unavailability during the cleaning process.
• CANCELLATION: A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellation made after 12pm on any day prior to arrival will incur one night’s accommodation charged to their credit card. In addition, management has the right to make a decision to revoke or resell a room if a guest fails to arrive in reasonable time and/or notify management of delay, is perceived to be intoxicated, disruptive or drug-affected.
• KEYS: Any guest failing to return room key will be contacted for immediate return. However, failure to comply promptly will incur a $100 fee to cover lock replacement. This will be charged to the guest’s credit card, cash payment or an invoice sent to your address.
• ROOM CONDITION: Any guest leaving a room in an unsaleable condition due to general damage or contamination will incur a maintenance fee and ongoing daily tariff until the room is returned to a saleable state. Malicious damage to equipment and/or amenities will incur a like-for-like replacement and all will be charged to the guest's credit card or in the case of a cash bond the bond will not be returned.
